The purpose of this website is to help you to get to know me and share my values. Developing Kingdom Men in the Marketplace is my life's purpose, vision and all-consuming passion.

For 40 years, I have focused on becoming Kingdom of God centered in my inner life and in my work with men in the marketplace. The intense forging of my character and life message is an ongoing process, but at the requests of my closest allies, I am attempting to make my experiences and values public in this interactive format.
This website will help you get to know me better and connect you with my work and background. I will be transparent about my failures in business and ministry and do my best to share with you how God has powerfully used the most painful experiences to mentor and grow me into the man I am today.

I devoted much of my life to the non-profit and humanitarian arena and directed sustainable business and ministry projects in over 35 countries. As well, I became a licensed general contractor, commercial builder and worked with several startup ventures in the energy, retail and financial sectors. My residential construction work took me into custom homes. On the commercial side, I worked in retail construction, tenant improvements and multi-family areas.
Passionate in all I do, I have developed a unique skill set and management style that centers on the development of people, utilization of technology, business process optimization and efficient project management. This passion transfers equally to both the sacred and secular organizations I have started and worked with.
My core values of authenticity, relationship, integrity, excellence and generosity are expressed in all I do. I love adventure and, together with many friends, I enjoy international missions, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, motorcycling and other outdoor activities. I have one daughter, Kristy - I enjoy every moment we get together!
